Target Audience
TALES2024 is designed for cardiologists, electrophysiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, fellows-in-training, advanced practice providers, nurses, and technicians.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this educational activity, participants will be able to:

- Examine the utilization of multiple tools and techniques intraoperatively to increase efficacy.
- Review strategies to prevent extraction-related complications.
- Review clinical decision-making strategies for the management of patients pre- and post-extraction.
- Assess infection risk, extraction indications and techniques for Leadless Devices.
- Discuss emerging concepts in lead extraction.

Attendees are encouraged to engage with faculty by submitting questions throughout the duration of the Virtual Symposium, which are directed to the Sessions Moderator(s), who facilitate discussions amongst the panelists based upon submitted questions. The Live Broadcast platform includes an integrated Q&A portal from where questions may be submitted.
Virtual Tech Suites
TALES features Virtual Tech Suites that serve as engaging forums to enhance clinical knowledge about advancements in technologies and techniques in cardiac implantable electronic device lead extraction, and management. The Suites provide an educational resource to learn more about the latest product and services, and offer an interactive venue to directly engage with company representatives throughout the duration of the live symposium.
